Alpine Climbing High King

The High King, the highest elevation of the Berchtesgaden Alps. Paradise of the rock climbers and house mountains of the legendary Albert Precht. Hochkönig sounds too violent? We say that Hochkönig sounds just right for alpine climbing experiences of the special class.

Program – that’s what awaits you:

• Day 1: Multi-rope length training in Weißbach near Lofer, arrival and access to the Mitterfeldalm (approx. 30 min.).
• Day 2 and 3: Alpine or multi-rope climbing in the Mandl walls or in the Imlauer Gebirge, the eastern foothills of the massif. The climbing routes are selected together depending on the conditions, the climbing skills and the experience. Descent to Arthur House and departure.

Services – that’s what you get:

3 days guided tour by a state-certified mountain guide. We are happy to provide the necessary equipment, climbing harness, helmet and the necessary safety material free of charge.

Conditions:

• safe climbing in the difficulty level UIAA 4
• Experience in climbing multi-rope length routes
