You have done some gym climbing and are keen to transfer that to the real mountains? … Or this will be your first time and you want to challenge yourself because football got boring? Well, that sounds like a great plan, and the region around Zell am See Kaprun is a great place to do that. Many nice climbing crags in great vicinity offer all kinds of possibilities to push your boundaries.

What’s to be expected:

In this course you learn the basics of rope handling, knots, belay technique, climbing technique and risk management. Of course you will have the chance to climb in top rope and lead, as soon as you will be ready for it. No pressure

What you get:

2 days of workshop by a certified IFMGA Mountain Guide, Rental of harness, helmet, and other necessary gear, Amazing days out in the high alpine, trip organization
