Weekly Tristkogel Ski Tour
Always on Thursdays
Experience wintry silence, away from the masses of the Kitzsteinhorn. The Tristkogel, 2642m is a parade ski touring mountain. A varied ascent and depending on the skill, different downhill possibilities characterize this ski tour.
Program – What to expect:
Meeting point every Thursday (28.12.23 – 25.04.24) 8.30 am bottom station Gletscherjet 1 in Kaprun. Together we take the cable car up to Langwiedboden. Information about modern ski touring equipment and an introduction to comrade rescue. In the ascent tips and tricks to: walking technique, lane system and standard measures in the ascent. Joint decision-making on the departure area and tips on the correct behaviour during the descent.
Services – What you get:
1 day guided tour by a state-certified mountain and ski guide. We will be happy to provide you with the necessary emergency equipment (shovel, probe and LVS device) free of charge. Our partner companies will be happy to help you rent ski touring equipment.
