Registration

Registration can be made in writing or by telephone. We recommend early registration. Short-term registrations are possible for free places. Afterwards you will receive a written booking confirmation as well as detailed information about the booked program. With your written booking, a deposit in the amount of half the tour rate must be paid to the agreed account. This is the only way we can guarantee a fixed date acceptance. The balance can also be paid up to 2 weeks before the start of the course or tour, or paid directly on site in cash.

Resignation

According to the Austrian travel cancellation conditions, any participant can withdraw at any time. The written receipt of the resignation declaration by the organiser Bergführer Zell am See-Kaprun (hereinafter referred to only as an organiser) is decisive. If the customer withdraws from the travel contract, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start 10 of the travel price Cancellation until 2 weeks before start 50 of the travel price Cancellation after expiry of the 14 days 75 of the travel price

In the case of no-show on the day of departure, 80 of the total travel price will be charged. If a participant cancels the trip early, any unincurred costs may be reimbursed by third parties (huts, accommodation, etc.), insofar as no cancellation fees have been incurred by the organiser on site.

Insurance, Liability

In the course of the binding booking, we recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance. Performance disturbances caused by the weather, failure of tracks or other influences over which the organizer has no influence are not subject to recourse. We also recommend liability, accident and foreign health insurance to each participant.

Disclaimer

It is essential to follow the instructions of our mountain guides. Despite careful planning on our part, a risk of injury cannot be completely eliminated. Each participant acknowledges that there is always a residual risk of injury, for which we assume no liability.

Minimum

The organiser reserves the right to cancel courses and hiking weeks up to 14 days and day programs the evening before due to bad weather conditions or insufficient number of participants. Deposits made will be refunded in full.

Program changes

For reasons such as poor conditions, avalanche risk, etc. or the lack of condition of the participants, the organizer reserves the right to change the program if necessary.

The above provisions also apply with the following amendments or additions:

We kindly ask you to register no later than 8 weeks before the start of the event. Each traveller is responsible for compliance with the passport, visa, customs, foreign exchange and health regulations to be observed at his own expense. Any disadvantages arising from non-compliance with these rules shall be borne by him, even if these rules have changed after booking. If the organiser is able to do so, the customer will be informed of important changes to the regulations prior to the trip. Any additional costs arising from unforeseeable force majeure at the time of conclusion of the contract, e.g. natural disasters, economic or political irregularities, severe price fluctuations, weather or flight delays due to strikes, etc. are not included in the Travel price included.
