Hi everyone,
As in previous years, we have also this year, the climbing facility built by us to the summit of the Kitzsteinhorn a static rope for securing in winter.
The static rope is installed where experience has shown that the steel cable disappears under the snow cover.
Currently, the conditions are wintry, but good. The path is already snowed in in the lower third and the steel cable is still free in the upper area. Due to icy passages, crampons are an advantage.
